Payment for products can be made using credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques, COD, or other such payment methods on our website.

For pre-orders, simply add the desired product to your cart and proceed to checkout to finalize the transaction. Once completed, your product will be shipped to you as soon as our stocks are replenished. An order confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for shipment.

drstatbees.com accepts orders contingent upon the availability of the product. If, for any reason, the products you ordered are unavailable, we will offer you a product of similar value or provide a full refund.

All product invoices are issued in INR at the prevailing price. While we strive to keep prices on the site current, in case of any discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled due to incorrect pricing.

When ordering from our website, you are responsible for all associated costs, such as shipping fees. In the event the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize payment, drstatbees.com will cancel your order and contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. We are not accountable for any delays resulting from this situation.

We reserve the right to fully or partially cancel any order containing more than two quantities of the same item.

To use American Express Cards please choose the "Pay by Net banking" option. We also accept general mode of payments including UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, Phone pay
3.Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

In case you want to cancel your order, contact drstatbees.com’s customer service. We will try our best to help you with your concern, but since we try to get the orders to you expeditiously, it might not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

In case you receive the incorrect product or damaged product, kindly notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to send you the correct item via Whatsapp at +91 9540844943.
